Looking for a new way to spice up some sweet potatoes? Super simple to make, these oven baked (or you could grill them if you prefer) sweet potato fries are a healthy alternative to French fries. Sweet potatoes are full of vitamins A, C, E and B6, and might possibly be the healthiest comfort food out there.
You could add a pinch of salt if you wish but we left it out. Perfect if you are on a restrictive diet and are watching your salt intake. The mix of spices along with the delicious natural sweetness of the potato make this a standout side dish and an ideal compliment to burgers, steak, fish and chicken dishes.
